Situated in An Phu – Binh Khanh Ward of District 2, this resettlement zone belongs to Thu Thiem Relocation Zone, which was handed over to Nam Rach Chiec Limited Company by HCMC Municipal People’s Committee. The project is a joint venture amongst Tien Phuoc, Keppel Land, and Tran Thai.
It belongs to Thu Thiem Relocation Zone based in An Phu – Binh Khanh ward of District 2, HCMC. The aim of this project is to develop housing for displaced households who used to reside in Thu Thiem peninsula, including 1,844 flats in Lot C, D, E, J, and N.
