An Phu – Binh Khanh resettlement project includes seven 18-story blocks of apartment flats built on a 3.6-ha land plot, totaling 1,844 flats. The total building floor coverage is 210,563 square meters.

There are three types of flats, including one-bedroom suites (46.9 m2), two-bedroom (60.9 m2), and 3-bedroom (84 m2).
