Le Meridien Saigon comprises of 350 rooms, 4 restaurants & bars, gym facilities, healthcare and spa facilities, outdoor pools, and nearly 800m2 space for conference halls. Le Meridien Saigon will be part of the overall 23-floor complex including 5-star hotels and a range of A-class office leases covering 14,000 m2 of floor area. The project is estimated to finished by Quarter 2 of 2012.

Le Merdien Saigon, once completed, will become an eye-catching emphasis of the city landscape thanks to its advantegous position on Ton Duc Thang street of District 1 downtown, and the whole façade facing Saigon riverfront as well as Thu Thiem New Urban Zone. It will be a significant plus to Saigon’s existing contemporary facilities and contribute to the city image.

The project is joint-venture by Tien Phuoc Limited Company and 990 Manufacturing, Trading, and Service Company. The hotel will be placed under the management of Starwood Hotels & Resort Worldwide Inc., one of the world leading corporations in hospitality and hotel management. Starwood Hotels is the owner of many other prestigious hospitality brands such as St. Regis®, The Luxury Collection®, W®, Westin®, Le Méridien®, Sheraton®, Four Points® by Sheraton, and most recently Aloft®, và Element SM. Le Meridien Saigon will be a valuable addition to the reputation of Starwood brands in Asian region as well as the world.
