June 2nd, 2017, Senturia Vuon Lai, a luxury apartment project located in District 12 owned by Tien Phuoc, has been named Best Housing Development by 2017 Vietnam Property Awards.

The prestigious Asian award event has been held thrice in Vietnam, attracting hundreds of local real estate companies and featuring a variety of categories.

Vietnam Property Awards celebrates the highest level of achievement and excellence by developers from across the nation who operate in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The Awards is marked with its rigorous judging criteria, and top honors are bestowed on grounds of performance and merit only, spanning 3 separate categories for developers, projects, and architectural designs in residential, commercial, and resort disciplines.
