Started in 2002, Asia Pacific Property Awards is the world’s most prestigious property competition and covers residential as well as commercial categories. The Awards identifies and recognizes industry excellence delivered by global developers, companies, and projects across the world. This year’s event attracted participants from 22 Asia Pacific countries who submitted their exceptional entries to contest for honors in every aspect of real estate business including development, architecture, design, consulting, interior.

The Awards featured a judging panel of over 70 key gurus and professionals in all walks of the business. Honors were bestowed following a meticulous judging process to identify market benchmark of excellence in terms of architectural design, construction quality, effective execution creativity, and developers’ commitment to sustainability.

The panel of judges were chaired by Lord Cathness, Lord Best, Lord Thurso from the British House of Commons. The 2018 event marked the 27th anniversary of Asia Pacific Property Awards.

The 9.8-ha project has two waterfront sides, one with Saigon river and the other with Rach Gia channel, comprising 97 townhouses, 41 semi-detached villas, and 56 detached villas. It was completely sold old (100%) after just 18 months of initial sale release.

This is the 4th prestigious consecutive awards won by Senturia Vuon Lai.
