Tham dự buổi Lễ khánh thành và bàn giao căn hộ có ông Lê Thanh Hải, Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Bí thư Thành ủy, ông Bùi Phạm Khánh, Thứ trưởng Bộ Xây dựng, lãnh đạo Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố, các sở- ngành và Ủy ban nhân dân quận 2.

 

Trong niềm vui của những hộ dân nhận nhà đợt này, bà Nguyễn Thị Yến, địa chỉ tại số 29 Lương Định Của, Khu phố 1, phường An Khánh, quận 2 thay mặt các hộ dân xúc động chia sẻ sự vui mừng vì từ nay gia đình đã ổn định được nơi ăn, chốn ở; thuận tiện cho việc học hành, đi lại của con cái và từng ngày được nhìn thấy sự thay đổi, phát triển của Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm mà người dân mong đợi.

 

Thay mặt lãnh đạo thành phố, ông Lê Thanh Hải, Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Bí thư Thành ủy trân trọng cảm ơn những người dân thuộc quy hoạch Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm chấp hành chủ trương di dời, nhường đất để xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm, tạo điều kiện cho thành phố phát triển. Ông Lê Thanh Hải cũng đã chỉ đạo các ngành và quận 2 ngoài việc xây dựng nhà phục vụ tái định cư cho nhân dân với yêu cầu cao về chất lượng, thiết kế, khang trang, sạch đẹp mà còn phải tổ chức quản lý chung cư theo tiêu chuẩn văn minh, hiện đại; xây dựng hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật, xã hội, giao thông thuận lợi, tiện ích đáp ứng yêu cầu tổ chức cuộc sống ngày càng cao của người dân.

 

Tại buổi Lễ, đại diện Lãnh đạo Quận 2, ông Tất Thành Cang, Bí thư Quận ủy, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân quận 2 đã phát biểu:

“Trong thời gian tới, để đảm bảo ổn định cuộc sống cho các hộ dân sau di dời giải tỏa được ổn định, đảm bảo an sinh xã hội, Quận 2 sẽ tập trung hơn nữa cho công tác tổ chức tái định cư, tập trung đầu tư cơ sở hạ tầng, môi trường, xây dựng chợ, trung tâm thương mại- dịch vụ, công viên, cây xanh… tại các khu tái định cư; chỉ đạo các ngành tập trung hỗ trợ chuyển đổi nhân hộ khẩu, chính sách an sinh xã hội, đào tạo nghề và giới thiệu việc làm để bà còn nhân dân ổn định cuộc sống”.

 

Ngoài ra, Đảng bộ, chính quyền và nhân dân quận 2 tiếp tục hướng ứng, tập trung xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm, đặc biệt là công tác vận động, tuyên truyền sẽ tập trung thuyết phục các hộ dân chưa nhận bồi thường, sớm bàn giao mặt bằng để có thể triển khai xây dựng Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm trong thời gian nhanh nhất.

 

Le Meridien Saigon có quy mô 350 phòng, 4 nhà hàng – bar, phòng tập thể dục, khu chăm sóc sức khỏe và spa, hồ bơi ngoài trời và gần 800m2 dành cho không gian hội nghị. Dự kiến hoàn thành vào quý II năm 2012, Le Meridien Saigon sẽ là một phần trong tổng thể cao ốc phức hợp 23 tầng bao gồm khu Khách sạn cao cấp 5+ sao và Khu văn phòng hạng A với gần 14.000 m2 sàn.

Đây là dự án nhằm phục vụ kế hoạch tái định cư cho các hộ dân trong diện giải tỏa, thu hồi đất để phát triển khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm. Công ty TNHH Nam Rạch Chiếc (tức Liên doanh Tiến Phước – Keppel Land – Trần Thái) được UBND TP.HCM chọn làm chủ đầu tư của dự án.

 

Dự án tái định cư An Phú – Bình Khánh gồm bảy đơn nguyên căn hộ cao 18 tầng, được xây dựng trên tổng diện tích đất hơn 3,6 héc-ta với 1.844 căn hộ. Tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng 210.653 mét vuông.

 

Có ba loại căn hộ mẫu gồm loại một phòng ngủ (46,9 mét vuông), hai phòng ngủ (60,9 mét vuông), ba phòng ngủ (84 mét vuông). Đây được xem là dự án xây dựng nhà Tái định cư kiểu mẫu với thiết kế hiện đại, chất lượng công trình cao và chủng loại vật tư được sử dụng đúng như cam kết, đảm bảo độ thông thoáng cùng với những tiện ích công cộng cần thiết nhất, thuận tiện cho việc nghỉ ngơi, vui chơi, giải trí cho cả gia đình.

 

Đại diện Công ty TNHH Nam Rạch Chiếc cho biết, căn hộ do các công ty Singapore tư vấn ý tưởng thiết kế, lấy kinh nghiệm từ các dự án căn hộ diện tích nhỏ dành cho người có thu nhập trung bình ở Singapore.

 

Theo kế hoạch, chủ đầu tư sẽ bàn giao truớc 1.132 căn hộ cho thành phố vào cuối năm 2010. Số căn hộ còn lại trong dự án sẽ được hoàn thành và bàn giao trong quý 2/2011.

On 31 August 2010, South Rach Chiec Central LLC hosted a topping out ceremony for the first resettlement condo project at An Phu-Binh Khanh quarter in HCMC’s District 2.

The resettlement buildings were developed under the form of land in exchange for infrastructure. That means the city, instead of using its budget for building those condos, called for private companies to invest their capital, and in return, the city will give land to those companies.

This is the first resettlement condo project developed in collaboration between the local government and a foreign partner – South Rach Chiec Central LLC, which is a joint venture between Flemmington Investments wholly owned by Singaporean developer Keppel Land and local partners Tien Phuoc and Tran Thai companies.

The resettlement condo project at An Phu-Binh Khanh is part of the city’s program to build some 12,500 apartments for displaced families in the New Urban Thu Thiem. Some 13,000 families were displaced to offer land for the new urban development.

April 8th 2016, My My Trades and Services Company Limited, a member of Tien Real Estate Joint Stock Company just started the construction of American International Hospital (AIH) – the first hospital to follow American standard in Vietnam.

The Construction Commencement Ceremony has seen attendance of representative of HCMC People’s Committee, HCMC Department of Health, related authorities, press agencies and especially domestic and international medical professors and doctors.

American International Hospital will be the first hospital to be constructed following the American standard in Vietnam. With its capacity of 150 beds, AIH will be equipped with most modern medical facilities with a team of highly-skilled medical practitioners and specialists trained in the U.S and Vietnam. AIH will be mainly major in GI-Liver, Vascular surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Urology. In addition, AIH will also focus on research as well as cooperation with other well-known hospitals in the U.S.

Thu Thiem New Urban Area is planned to be a new modern world-class city center within Ho Chi Minh City. This will be a sustainable urban area with strong integrations between modern facilities/structures and natural sceneries to enhance working and living quality standards. This area will include financial center, commercial component, services, mixed-use residential as well as other cultural, pleasure and entertainment related projects accommodating the requirements of Ho Chi Minh City for its long-term development.

On June 30th, 2015, the People Committee of Ho Chi Minh City hosted the Investment Certificate Presentation Ceremony for Empire City Limited Liability Company for the development of the Thu Thiem Observation Tower Complex Project (as also known as the Empire City Project) in the core of Thu Thiem New Urban Area.

The Empire City Limited Liability Company is the Joint Venture Company at the ratio of 50%-50% between two local parties, which are Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Tran Thai Lands Company Limited, and Denver Power Limited (United Kingdom), which is managed and controlled by Gaw Capital Partners Group – a multinational fund management corporation.

According to the approved planning task, the purpose of the project is to accomplish the whole technical infrastructure on a land area of 14.56 ha, along the Mai Chi Tho Boulevard and alongside the Saigon River, and also develop and operate a complex of hi-end commercial center, 5-stars hotel, international standards residential and serviced apartments, offices, underground parking… with a total gross floor area of 730,000 sqm, in which, there is an 86-storeys building – a focal landmark of Thu Thiem New Urban Area. The registered capital of the project is around VND26,000 billion which is equivalent to USD1.2 billion. The project will be developed from the fourth quarter of 2015 and expect to be completed in 2022 through 4 phases.

According to Mr. Vo Sy Nhan – General Director of the Project Company: “The Empire City LLC is trying the best effort to complete all the necessary investment procedures to promptly commence the groundbreaking in the fourth quarter of 2015. Concurrently, the Project Company will arrange capital resources from foreign financial institutions with the best interest rates and will utilize mostly Vietnamese workforce and also the experience from foreign partners to develop and operate this grand project. The Empire City project will definitely create a fantastic living – working – entertainment environment in Thu Thiem New Urban Area as well as in Ho Chi Minh City.”

The residents had been living in a temporary 17.3 hectare resettlement area in An Phu-Binh Khanh Ward.

Speaking at a ceremony to hand over the apartments, Le Thanh Hai, Secretary of the City Party Committee expressed his gratitude to the residents who had patiently cooperated and evacuated their homes so that the development project of the new urban area in the city could take place.

Mr. Hai asked the District 2 People’s Committee to help residents settle into their new homes.

Tien Phuoc Co. Ltd. and 990 Co. Ltd. held a topping out ceremony for Le Meridien Saigon, a mixed-use project with a five-star hotel and a grade A office building on Ton Duc Thang Street in downtown HCMC. Once in place by late 2012, the project will provide the market with 350 hotel rooms and nearly 14,000 square meters of office space. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group will manage the Le Méridien Saigon Hotel.

The 17.3-hectare resettlement quarter comprises a total of 1,844 apartments, including the 512 finished ones. The completed flats are sited in two apartment buildings, 28 levels each, that the developer started construction late 2008.

Mr. Quan, the City People’s Committee chairman, vice chairman Nguyen Thanh Tai, and representatives of District 2 and the developer cut the red ribbon to launch the new apartments. The City Mayor also presented electric fans as gifts to the new residents.

He told the new residents that Thu Thiem, where they are living, would become a financial and trading center of the country by 2020.

Vo Thi Dung, 60, one of the residents receiving the house keys this time, told Sai Gon Giai Phong, “I’m very happy to see such a new house.” In her hands were a token key and an electric fan she just received from the City Mayor.

South Rach Chiec LLC chairman Nguyen Thanh Lap said, “We’ve developed the project under a public-private initiative with the City People’s Committee. We’ve successfully completed 512 resettlement apartments and will continue to build the rest among the 1,844 in the project.”

The completed flats are of two sizes – 47 square meters with one bedroom and 61 square meters with two bedrooms.

This resettlement project area will also include a new kindergarten, primary school and market.

The project developer, South Rach Chiec LLC, is a partnership between Singapore property developer Keppel Land and two Vietnamese property developers namely Tien Phuoc Co. and Tran Thai Co.

This project is one of the city’s three resettlement projects that will build 12,500 apartments in all for dwellers who have to relocate because of the development of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area in District 2.
